I wouldn't even bother calling his show with my opinion if he's gonna scream like that. Without dissenting opinions, his show would get boring very quickly. Its not always a good idea to be so intimidating and obnoxious. People tend to just block you out and ignore you and you become irrelevant with each passing day.

All men (which can be taken to mean all men and women) are created equal. Not just the white ones. Not just the straight ones. Not just the wealthy. Not just the males. In the DoI, the spirit of the document clearly aspires to a nation where universal equality is the highest ideal.

Imagine a head of state vetoing laws on, let's say, environmental protection or federal funding for stem cell research.

Which is almost as heinous as politicising the Department of Justice and using the Patriot Act to put US District Attorneys in place without the oversight of Congress.

"He has affected to render the military independent of and superior to civil power."

What, like using the military to act as both judge, prosecutor and jailer to people whose crime might be having a Muslim name and who were in the wrong place at the wrong time.

The only ones from the right that I have listened to lately that DON'T COME OFF as angry, with all the shill and fear mongering is Colin Powell and Tom Ridge. Although I don't totally agree with them at least you can have an intelligent conversation with them and they can get there point across like adults talking to adults.
