What on earth goes on in people's minds?
"State Department spokesman P.J. Crowley told reporters that although it has made progress over the past 20 years, "China, as an emerging great power, still has work to do." "

I'd love to see Crowley try to get away with making that statement from a flatbed truck in Iraq, Afghanistan, or any number of other countries.

Props to Secretary Clinton as this is a message that needed to be sent to the Chinese government, who have a nasty history of creating their own facts about historical events in China.

Newsweek has a great article http://www.newsweek.com/id/200220 about an interview with the mother of student protester who was killed by Chinese troops that day in 1989 and if everyone in the US read her common-sense plea for justice, perhaps then there would be more support for putting increased pressure on China with respect to their ongoing human rights abuses.

hollow, hypocrite, Hillary, hollers to make a cheap headline. When she was IN China the message was the economy trumps human rights any day, just keep buying dollars, plzzzzzz. Message to Hillary, you are there to keep Bill out of the headlines... don't get carried away, ok?
