Zach Galifianakis Talks Boobs, Mobsters, And Bosnia With Letterman (VIDEO)

Zach Galifianakis appeared on the "Late Show" last night and shared his history with David Letterman. He told Dave that when he first moved to New York from North Carolina he would drool to keep people away from him. He then moved on to discuss his time working in a mob-run strip club that may or may not have been worse than Bosnia.

Been a huge fan of Zach's for years. So nice to see him getting the recognition he deserves.

Then again, I will admit his stand-up isn't for everyone. You kind of have to understand his own little world.

I love Zach. People don't realize he's a very subversive comedian. In his routine he purposefully subverts normal comedy standards and expectations in delivery, attitude and function. That's why people have such a wide ranging reaction to him. You either LOVE what he does or HATE what he does. I just adore when Zach consciously gives bad delivery on a punchline just to piss off the "squares" in the audience. This was him out of his normal stage character. Check out "Between Two Ferns" to see what I mean about his humor- the joke is that the interviewer is terrible at his job and can't stand the people he's interviewing. I love it!
