Conan O'Brien joked last night that now that Sonia Sotomayor has broken her ankle, Republicans will insist she complete an obstacle course before approving her nomination.

Jon Stewart, on the other hand, focused oversees with a segment on Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi. Berlusconi has been accused of mafia collusion, false accounting, tax fraud, corruption and bribery of police officers and judges. He has been taken to trial 12 times and been found guilty 4 times. He has also recently been accused of cheating on his wife with a woman 54 years his junior. All of this made Jon Stewart want to apologize to Rod Blagojevich.
