I doubt if he is the only Senator that hasn't introduced a bill or an amendment and he won't be the last, there are many in that body who shouldn't be there in the first place, they are way out of their league even though some may have introduced some sort of legislation.
Jeez, what did you expect? If he actually does something in D.C., he will have to pay to have more stuff written on his mausoleum.
OK... enough about what Burris doesn't do. A REAL headline would be Burris actually DOING something. The man is an incredible waste of space!
