I don't think this clearly was a publicity thing; she has a steady gig an a hot show, she's probby the #1 most popular actress/celeb in the nation right now for girls/women 14-28 and is apparently good enough an actress to have taken over being the #1 'star' of Gossip girls from that other chick (see...I don't know her name but I knew Leighton even before this scandal).

I think she's probby mortified, I want to hear what she says. I don't know how, but somehow the person/people in these tapes can't stop the release., so they usually end up signing off so they can get some $$. Even Paris really didn't want that tape out, it wasn't a ploy....I'd like to hear how someone can use your image in a film without your permission (sex/nudity or not!).
