Political posturing on the part of Bloomberg. How refreshing is that? Like he really cares about the kids in the NYC public school system.

What do you mean? He cares so very very much!
So much that he is the ONLY PERSON that can run the city! The only one out of millions of people who has the knowledge and expertise to be mayor. Only he knows whats right for us.

ummm, sorry the only thing Bloomberg cares about is Bloomberg. Which is why he's made closed door deals with people like Quinn so that he can circumvent the term limits issue. The fact that he's mad that they are trying to put term limits on his appointees is laughable and incredibly hypocritical of Bloomberg.

He's out of touch with the average NY'er and is nothing but an egotistical, petty, vindicative little man. For example, he lost the fight for congestion pricing, so he responded by closing off Times Square to vehicular traffic. Who cares if emergency vehicles get stuck in the traffic mess this caused, and who cares if he's spending 1.2 million dollars during a recession for this little "pilot program". Oh, and why is it a pilot program? because that was the only way he could push it through without needing city council approval.
