What's with all the hate on this site?
Replacing a globe-trotting cheater with a tired old racist. Good work GOP. We're all quite pleased with your hard work on your descent in to oblivion.
What makes you think Barbour is racist? Where is your proof of this claim?
he looks unhealthy and heart attack prone, I'm just sayin'
So did Bill Clinton. Your point is......?
they need to start NOW vetting this guy's doosies up the yingyang---------(we know he bears a resemblence to Rush------beside the point-------this guys is up to his obese lil thighs in dooooooo. Having said that, he is one clever operative----yes, operative------he's a first class apparatchik (emphasis on the rat part), and it is going to be tricky to "get" him w/o "crossing" him----------hope it happens------lots of money and business stuff here-------
Ridiculous comment with no factual backing, typical Huffington post comment.
Wow, Haley Barbour. The rethugs are really stepping up in the world.
i've said this b4 and i will say it again, mississippi sucks. they still have a govt confederate holiday down here and blacks are perfectly ok with it. after living here almost a year i can personally say that i have never experience so much blatant racism in houston, tx as i have in mississippi. the sad part is, mississippi has the highest african american ppl registered to vote and the highest amount working in legislative positions; yet bigots are still in control here. i guess some folks still dont know they're free. i blame everyone who have grown up here and lives here, they are too comfortable. i will leave right after i graduate and never look back i swear. this has been the worst experience in my life in all my 23 years. oh and im in the 2nd largest city in the state. if anyone thinks texas major cities are like ms's, u have never been to neither.
Republicans like to keep their constituents uneducated and poverty-stricken. If you're getting an education, they'll probably be happier if you leave the state, because they know no educated person would ever vote republican!
Ah, a Sith lord takes command of Repub govs. Interesting. I think the real dark side of the GOP is gaining a hold of the party. What the heck is Jeb doing? Where is he?
Bull Connor in the house?!?
These old fodder-type images will keep the Repubican Separatist Party in the dark ages. It's like literally saying, "minorities need not apply."
Big Papa John Sununu has him speaking tonight in Bedford NH at a 500.00 plate dinner. Think he wishes he asked more or less?
I want to thank every poster on this topic. I have spit tea on my keyboard, almost wet my pants, have tears streaming down my face, my sides are aching and my cat is sitting here looking at me like she now has definite proof that I'm titched.
Your comments were exceptional portraits of this man and you made my day even better as it ended on gales of laughter!
I'll never be able to look at that man nor hear his name without recalling the descriptions so deliciously posted here.
Thanks so much for all the giggles!
Nice to see that Confederate flag hanging proudly behind Barbour. At least now the Republicans can truly show their colors.
Isn't that something? I wonder how Michael Steele, Tara Hall, Amy Holmes, Juan Williams, Clarence Thomas, Alan Keyes, what's his name Christie, et al, feel about that nice pose with the confederate flag on display.
Isn't it sad that you can name all of the minorities in the republican party in one sentence?
It's the Mississippi flag. Do you people know nothing about what state flags look like?
From StateMaster.com:
Poorest State: #1 Mississippi
Best Educated: #49 Mississippi
Most Unemployed: #2 Mississippi (only Puerto Rico has higher unempoyement)
Healthiest: #49 Mississippi
Do I see a pattern here? What a great representitive of the Republican Party and what an honor to have him as the head of the RGA.
Don't forget: Infant mortality rate: #3
Chlamydia Rate (most recent) by state #4
Cancer death rate #4
Health Index #49
Most of those republican-governed southern states are the bottom of the lists, except for the lists that a higher number is worse!
Yes and Mississippi still consistantly had these poor ratings when it was governed by democrats. So you point is....what?
