Rapper Issues Profane Tribute To Halle Berry In Louisiana Legislature (VIDEO)

One thing not many Americans know about the State of Louisiana's legislature is that you are basically allowed to do whatever the hell you want when you address the chamber. You want to enter hurricane relief legislation into the record in Morse Code, with underarm fart noises? No problem. Accept bribes from cronies during roll call? It's frowned upon if you don't. Did you know they just shoot pornos in there whenever they can't make quorum? It's all true. This is all because of the Code Napoleon or something, and, according to Marlon Brando, "when you get swindled under Napoleonic code, I get swindled too."

The salient point is this: Louisiana is the state that brought us David Vitter, and William Jefferson, and, okay...beignets, too, which are DELICIOUS, but still, it's hardly surprising that some hip-hop hack named Hurricane Chris was allowed to descend into the well of the Louisiana State Legislature, spit some profane rhymes about Halle Berry, and bring about the "death of Autotune." For Louisiana, this is like being addressed by the Dalai Lama.
