"Show smokers right there at the checkout counter how much gunk coats their lungsā I would prefer the pic on the back of each pack of cigs instead. IMO the combined addictive power of the legalized drug, nicotine, together w/an addict's denial may wear down the shock value over time.
Some days it's nearly impossible for me to walk to the subway station and back w/o having inhaled the equivalent of half a pack's worth of second hand smoke. It would be a joke if it weren't so tragic.
