Barbecue Recipe: Mojo Beans

Ingredients:
2 28 oz. cans Pork and Beans

1 pound diced bacon

1/2 bag Italian meatballs

1/4 cup mustard

1/2 cup barbecue sauce

2 teaspoons liquid smoke

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 onion, diced

1 stalk of celery, diced

1/2 bell pepper diced


Directions:
Brown bacon in pot and smash meatballs in bacon drippings and brown. Remove and saute vegetables. Place meat back into the pot and add the rest of the ingredients and cook on a slow heat, stirring often to prevent sticking, for 1 hour.
