Palin's Brother: Sarah Fed Up With "Non-Stop Negative Media Blitz" (VIDEO)

Alaska Governor Sarah Palin's brother called into Fox News and said he was surprised by her shocking announcement that she will resign the governorship, and he believes that at least part of her decision stems from a "non-stop negative media blitz" that was consuming her and her staff's time.

I can tell you what I believe after a few conversations with Sarah on the subject. Two months ago, we were at a local ski resort talking in a hotel room and she reiterated to me the amount of time she was spending defending herself from these ethics complaints, by the way have all been thrown out, and this non-stop negative media blitz. She said she was spending up to 80% of her time, and a lot of her key staff was doing the same, defending themselves when they should be focusing on state issues. And it's not fair to the state and it's not fair to her family. I think this has weighed on her for a long time.

Where is Obamas birth certificate? Why does he have 5 law firms defending the cases that are seeking to view his long form birth certificate? If he is a 'natural born citizen,' why doesnt he just SHOW his original birth certificate and end the debate?


The seller claims in the latest post on eBay that the birth certificate contains the name of Obama's mother and father, the name of the physician present, along with a signature, and that it is "an exact copy of the original 1961 Mombasa hospital birth certificate. Includes 2009 embossed seal of the hospital in Mombasa. Contains a 2009 signature from staff that issued this copy with embossed seal.

The constitution of the United States stipulates the requirements to be president.
The current man in that office is s'pozed ta be an expert on constitutional law.

When you go to get a drivers license, do you not have to have a Birth Certificate? When you go get your social security card, do you not have to have a birth certificate? When you go to get a passport ,do you not have to have a birth certificate? I wonder why is SO hard for Obama to show his birth certificate. When you go to get all those things (driver's license, social security card, etc.) you need exactly the type of birth certficate that President Obama has provided (a Certificate of Live Birth from the state office of such records). You don't need your original birth certificate that is kept on file with the state where you were born. You only need the certified copy exactly like the one that President Obama has supplied. Only lunatic fringe conspiracy theorists won't accept this fact.

I'll answer the question for you. The Donofrio lawsuit, which is the most visible one, and also the one turned down for review by the Supreme Court, does not dispute the fact that Obama was born in Hawaii, but instead claims some kind of far reaching stretch that Obama actually has British citizenship because Kenya was a former British colony.

US law states that, if you are born on US soil or one of its possessions, then you automatically have natural citizen status REGARDLESS of the citizenship of your parents unless your parents are diplomats. Neither of Obama's parents were diplomats. Worse case for Obama in the case of the British citizenship claim is that he would hold dual US-British status until his 18th birthday. If he failed to officially claim British or dual citizenry at his 18th birthday, he would forfeit dual citizenry at the time and be US-only at that time by US law. Assuming he was born overseas, he's still considered a natural-born citizen as one of his parents was American and there's no proof of renunciation of US citizenship out there. Find those and you have a case; conjecture about it and you have a conspiracy theory.
