A fashionable Manhattan townhouse purchased by a director of the Fairfield Greenwich Group and his wife, the daughter of Greenwich's founder, has been sold for $9.75 million. Greenwich was a major feeder fund for Bernie Madoff's Ponzi scheme. The couple paid $13.5 million for the townhouse.
