Patricia Field: I Want To Give Hillary Clinton A Makeover
Mirror UK:
Who would you most like to makeover?
I would like to whizz Hillary Clinton into shape. I hope she will watch Confessions Of A Shopaholic and give me a call.

Haven't read the article.
But judging from the photos, talk about the blind leading the blind.
Run, Hillary, run...as far away as you can from her as you can...
Looking at her, I'd say she MUST be kidding.
For those of you who are asking who the ---- Patricia Field is, she is a designer who was the stylist for Sex & the City. For my taste, some of her work is fun and interesting, but much of it is garish and over the top. Can't imagine that she would improve Hillary, though I can understand why she would like to work with her--think of the publicity she (Field) would get. Thanks, but Hillary has better things to do with her time.
Who the hay is Patricia Field and why should Hillary Clinton pay any attention to her? I think Hillary looks great for her age and, more importantly, for the job she is doing. If she came our in long, garish red hair and creepy clothes that this Field woman wears no one would give her any credibility. Clothes should express the personality. It's fine with me if this woman wants to dress exotically
Field looks like she needs a makeover. What is that coat she is wearing?
I always thought that some of SJP outfits were too much. Especially in the movie. They were too over the top. I like Hillary's no nonsense outfits. She always looks smart and tough. She dresses very appropriate for her job and her age.
That's funny -- I know who Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is, but who the heck is this Patricia Field beeotch?
Don't know, but if she were to give Hillary a makeover, I don't think it would be considered an improvement.
New rule: before anyone can offer any style advice to anyone else (and that includes commenters on these style stories) they must be attractive and stylish themselves. Ha!
huh - she needs to give herself style tips first before dishing them out to anyone else.
I'm a bit of a fashion afficionado, and whenever I see Pat Fields at a fashion show, she's almost always the most garrishly dressed person there, to say nothing of her jarring hair color, most unappealing for her age. What in heaven's name would she do to our Secretary of State?
You first Pat.
Patricia you are great for the movies, great for SJP, but, I can't picture it for the Secretary of State.
If you read the article, this lady sounds like fun! Maybe if and when our Madame Secretary of State retires, she'll give Ms. Field a ring. Until then, I am free and, as I'm turning the big 5-0 this Thanksgiving, it is time to reevaluate. Although, I can't see myself going for a bird in my hair...eve
Hi Lillibelle: I'm sure you are beautiful and unique. You don' t need this woman ruining your delicate taste. She is too much. She is too over the top and too loud. Simplicity is key in my opinion. Although, she does have some fun items you could wear to make you feel a little daring.
You are quite right, LovingHope. I have never worn leopard prints or magenta hair. Even for Halloween parties, I usually wear crowns or flowers in my hair.
Still, those do overs do look like fun. Having spent my first 17 years in a parochial school uniform, I can only imagine. Now, I'm just a blue jeans lady on the wknds and Ann Taylor for work. What about you?
