Kathleen Sebelius' task of discussing health care reform with a BBC News anchor was made difficult by a pesky fly that kept buzzing in front of her face. Anchor Matt Frei paused to ask her if she was going to swat it like President Obama famously did on CNBC. She smiled and said she would try, but the effort was half-hearted and lacked the speedy vigor with which Obama crushed his own fly.
