The trial against Brooke Astor's son took another unexpected twist this morning when her allegedly swindling son Tony Marshall collapsed inside a courthouse bathroom.

Marshall, 85, on trial for allegedly looting his mother's estate, collapsed inside the bathroom at 11:30 a.m. and banged his head on a stall door.

Considering that Ms. Astor was a very respected benefactor to numerous charities here in NYC and elsewhere, that may not be the case.
