Florida Chemist Sues Lindsay Lohan For Stealing Spray Tan Formula

Not everyone is glowing about a new fake tan spray that actress Lindsay Lohan claims to have invented.

A lawsuit filed in Tampa federal court says Lohan and a Nevada woman stole the formula for Sevin Nyne from a St. Petersburg chemist named Jennifer Sunday.

As a chemist myself, the thought of Lindsey Lohan being intellectually capable of stealing a chemical formula is hilarious. You don't just read the back of a spray tan bottle, find the ingredients, and mix them together.

She can't sue someone for researching contents used for a cosmetic. There are common ingredients in all sorts of difference cosmetics. To claim Lindsay stole her formula is ridiculous. Notice how many people use make up with collagen now? Before it was a common knowledge, do you realize how many law suits could claim the same thing? This will be thrown out of court.
