Her handlers should earn that much. It's a wonder they were able to keep her on message at all.

Palin needs to go into a line of work where factual accuracy is not required...like, say, talk radio propagandists or perhaps Fox News show host.

Fox is 95% B$, but I do enjoy Judge Napolitano and his withering critique of the ongoing infringements on our civil liberties and the crony capitalism that is being so blatantly practiced,

If you can suggest a decent alternative so less advertising dollars are going to Murdoch, I would be most appreciative.

Trying to justify the fact she cut and ran, but people, it's merely a tactical withdrawal.

She'll be back!

Blackberry Barbie tried to govern Alaska from her phone. How did that work out for her?

If this country elects anybody that dumb, then we really deserve the havoc that she will bring to all of us.
03:48 PM on 07/12/2009
Like the situation we got now from Bush, you can only imagine how bad it would be if the mcclame-failin ticket had gotten into the WH. Havoc would be the good days....

You'd better believe it. And she is no co-operative. Ain't life grand.

This is all smoke and mirrors.

If the state actually contracted out for attorney services, then those costs should be easily disclosable.

If the state relied on state attorneys only, then using the "state rate" is a joke. Presuming state attorneys in Alaska are on salary like state attorneys in every other state, you can't compare how many hours they worked on state time and then say what it "cost" the state in terms what they would have paid an outside attorney - that's just false - they didn't pay that to an outside firm if state attorneys did the work, and they certainly didn't pay it to the state attorneys.

Either they paid outside costs for outside counsel or they didn't . You can't value the state attorney's time in terms of what the state pays outside counsel, because the state didn't spend that for state attorneys.
