Am I the only one that thinks criticism of Sotomayor being Hispanic makes her bias are incredibly offensive? I don't even know why that argument is being entertained. If it was a white judge this sort of critiism wouldn't even be wagered.

I was watching ABC news while flipping the channel - up here in DC for business and again, they selected just that clip that says she has better judgment as a Latina than yada yada yada. Took it out of context and just kept going. It is unbelievable how terrible and corrupt all of our media has become.
