Yeah, I was watching this stuff on CNN last night.. made me sleep too.
I feel a li'l like W.C. Fields over here, but for a minute or two, I felt like givin' at least one of 'em a bitch-slap... esp. while their aunt was speaking!
I'm not sayin' I was an angel @ 12 (or now), or that kids won't be kids. However, as the oldest son, a Cancer and the owner of a finely-tuned nervous system, I'm highly aware of how my actions impact others and vice-versa, esp. in closed environments, particularly theater, movies and other cultural events where part of the social contract (implicitly signed upon birth) entails that we sit quietly w/o incessant moving, fidgeting, checking e-mail or otherwise committing any activity not limited to sitting quietly w/ one's hands on one's lap!
Again, I was 12 once, and I'm sure I aggravated someone at some point in my cultural-attending life. However, I don't know what was more aggravating: (a) that their mother didn't place a restraining hand upon their shoulders or, (b) that they wouldn't be intellectually curious in the least about listening to their aunt's opening statement. Now, if you'll all excuse me, I have some poison to lay out for my neighbor's puppy!

My thoughts exactly. I would have fallen asleep too, listening to those guys, especially federal judiciary reject Sessions, lecturing a woman with 17 years experience on the federal bench on how to be a good judge.
