This a sham. Until our elected reps are required to follow the same laws as the rest of us, these people will push the boundaries. There needs to be real consequences, but they won't pass rules that hurt themselves.

You know what? We're not the Ratpig RepubliKans. If he did something wrong then he needs to be held accountable and forced out of political power.

We're NOT the Ratpig RepubliKans. We don't hate our country, hate the Constitution, hate Americans and want our country to fail. That's the GOOP, not us.

If he's guilty he needs to go. 'Pugs wallow in filth and hypocrisy. Not Democrats.

The "supposed" investigation has been going on for over a year and a half. Tell me "Spud", just when do you think they might start filing charges against Rangle? When he retires?

This has nothing to do with your little hate America rhetoric. It has nothing either to do with racism. Yeah I brought it up first because I am sure somewhere in this blog one of your looney friends mentioned it.

The point "Spud" is ethic charges will never be filed against Rangel. The dumbocrats in congress are afraid of the man. Don't want to air any dirty secrets do we???

What I mean by, I hope they take him down is, I hope they destroy his political career by exposing his ethics violations, and send him into retirement.

He and Hillary Clinton both pissed me off something terrible during the primary. I can't stand her either. I will never get over how she tried to destroy our chances of getting the WH.

This man, Rangel repulses me so much. I can't stand to look at his face.

He cannot bring himself to respect President Obama, BUT he defended Bush to no end.

The things he has said about President Obama, he would never have said about Bush, or Clinton, or any of the other president.

I just hope they take Rangel down.

Yay!

Let's play name that party everyone!

We all know if all the people involved in these probes were evvvilll republicans this would be front and center, of course noting it was republicans in the headline and in the synopsis.

Have we ever heard of journalistic integrity? Same goes for the linked article. Took till the third paragraph to find a "D-"

The real problem is that Congress has no term limits, and these people just get too comfy in their positions, and too dependent on handouts from lobbyists. That's true for Democrats, Republicans, Independents, and whomever. I think we can improve the performance of our legislators by adopting the following measures:

1. Enact term limits, by Constitutional amendment if necessary.
2. Round up the current crop on Capitol Hill for a purported season of "Survivor: Congress", drop them off on an uninhabited island, sink the boat that took them there, and tear up the map. I think we can excuse first-termers.
3. Elect a new set of legislators.
4. Drop a fuel-air explosive over K Street.

Just what I have been posting here for awhile now.....its about time! With all the reporting about the frivolous ethics charges drummed up against Palin......lets see how the MSM handles all of this.

DUH, America is quite aware of his ridiculous behavior, of course their would be issues.

The irony of the investigation "ethics" is spearheaded by none other than "PELOSI", laughable.
