As an ex-Brit, I'm continually amazed by America's obsession with breasts and specifically nipples. Go to London and buy a daily paper at any newsstand - you'll see all the nipples you want on Page 3 of the "Sun."
Unfortunately the American malaise is spreading - I suspect in Britain they may have lost the healthy ability for a mother to pop out a breast and feed her baby anywhere, as it used to be in previous generations. Must ask some relatives about that one.
