n the final months of the 2008 presidential race, Sen. John McCain's (R-Ariz.) campaign learned of a lawsuit filed in Pennsylvania that asked the state to strip Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) of the Democratic nomination on suspicion that he was not an American citizen.

The short-form bc could be generated just by a relative of Obama swearing he was born in Hawaii.

The short-form bc, generated four days after the birth, does not include hospital name, doctor name and doctor signature.

His newspaper birth announcement was automatically triggered by the generation of the short-form birth certificate.

The address listed on the birth announcement belongs to the grandparents.

Lawyer says even if he was born in Hawaii, both his parents would have to be US citizens and is using the writings of the framer of the 14th amendment and law encyclopedia Law of Nations, by Vattel to support her argument.

Hawaii officials who "confirmed" his bc misled us if the bc was destroyed eight years ago.

The deployment orders of the military man who refused to deploy till Obama proves he is natural born were rescinded.

Obama has held back many other records that would be helpful in identifying him.

McCain looked into the rumor. Then all he could come up with was the "paling around with terrorist" quip he passed on to Palin. Tells you something, don't it?

Obviously showing the long form would dispell so many of these rumors. I my only thought on the subject is that Obama is a legal citizen, but there is info on the long form that would probably be embarrassing and/or contradicting to what he has told us about him.

The long form is something several states no longer print out since they destroyed all paper records years ago. It's all on microfiche or digital.

Also several states like Hawaii make birth certificates unavailable for public viewing since the long form birth certificate is what an identity theft needs in order to steal someone's identity and have it pass a cursory inspection. Hawaii and the states like it that make birth, death and marriage certificates unavailable for public viewing have very low rates of identity theft.

He cannot provide the long form since A, Hawaii no longer prints it, B, Hawaii makes birth certificates protected documents and no one can take them out of the record vault, C, the short form is good enough for the Secret Service, FBI, CIA, Treasury Department, Courts of law to prove identity and that one is born in the US since the short form has the parents names as provided to the doctor and the place of birth.

Of course if Obama was adopted his birth certificate would have been altered like all adopted infants are due to culture of shame laws put in place decades ago. Getting your original is next to impossible for adoptees since they have often have to know not only the state of birth but the two birth parents.

what if we found that he was delivered at noon instead of 7:24 pm? but . . . his footprint might show that he he has six toes.

Both Canidates had issues with birth cerificates. McCain was born when his mother was in Panama-allegedly outside the US base. Obama--who knows?

It might take some years before we see another Black man become POTUS. Every single Black man in America is therefore summoned to furnish a birth certificate to show that he's an American. Unfortunately, this debate has nothing to do with the birth certificate. It has everything to do with being a successful Black man in America. Obama is just getting it at the highest level because he is the highest ranked Black man. I'm sure there are people out there who can't wait to arrest him while he's in the WH. The birthers know it (their reason: there is no way a Black man can be POTUS, it's a birth right (a WHITE MAN birthright), any other way is illegitimate and fraudulent. Good, intelligent, White people know it because they all know of the 15% of White americans who are illiterate and downright dumb . Above all, all Black people know it because every Black person knows a Black person that have been dismissed and disqualified on the basis of being Black in America.

What I don't get is who the he// do these birthers think they are? If the various investigative agencies(FBI, CIA, NSA, et.al.) have confirmed his citizenship(thereby granting him the highest security clearances), what civilian thinks that their own status supercedes those agencies? That's like me DEMANDING to see McCain's birth certificate in person so that I, and I alone can verify his eligibility. What a crock! They should continue to duly ignore these ignorant nobodies. They richly deserve the ridicule that is being thrown their way.
