She's most famous for her first lady fashion, but Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, who would have turned 80 today, was just as stylish from the time she left Washington until she passed away on May 19, 1994 at age 64. Here's a look at her most remarkable moments.

Jackie O. wears a smart sweater-and-trouser ensemble in the offices of Viking Press, where she worked as a book editor for about three years. It's a sophisticated but very different look from her first lady style of pillbox hats and pearls. In fact, post-Camelot, Jackie began experimenting more with fashion, choosing brighter colors and patterns and even daring to wear jeans in public.
