i just turn my pathetic little world into simpson characters. yes this lawyer is homer and that institution is a cartoon in the land of springfield on planet earth. when i sleep i leave this world entirely.

Article is helpful. However, melatonin is a hit or miss sleep remedy. It only works about 50% of the time on 50% of the people who use it. Some people may have notices the absence of a once EVERYWHERE ad for a sleep remedy. Something to do with Abe and the beaver. It was based on melatonin and was found not to be very effective.

People should consider homeopathic sleep remedies. They work or they don't with no side effects. and there are several different types. Ignatia Amara is one. They're also a whole heck of a lot less expesnive that prescription sleep aids.
