The Denver Post:

A federal appeals court today reversed former Qwest chief executive Joe Nacchio's six-year prison sentence.

The 10th Circuit Court of Appeals remanded the case to the district court for resentencing. The order means Nacchio's sentence could be cut to less than 3½ years. He was convicted in 2007 on 19 counts of illegal insider trading.
