Moreover I prefer what GrainOSand said: I don't want to see angry, I want to see an onslaught of laser guided missiles of eloquence and intelligence in speech and action (respectively) that once and for all silences the hypocrites. I want to see politics so savvy, so smooth, that the opponent is left babbling on the floors of the chambers as they ponder -- "what happened?"

I do not want to see angry, I want to see an onslaught of laser guided missiles of eloquence and intelligence in speech and action (respectively) that once and for all silences the hypocrites. I want to see politics so savvy, so smooth, that the opponent is left babbling on the floors of the chambers as they ponder -- "what happened?" I want to see...not Obama the Terrible, but Obama -- The eye of the storm of change, or Obama -- The thick mist of edifying change that takes your opposition away all while it strengthens and progresses the nation. You do not need anger for change, you need a strategy that informs the people (public confidence is crucial) and that isolates the onerous opposition (exposure of charlatans is also crucial) all while it identifies the real problems and creates real solutions. Also, the individuals cited as angry in contrast to the president (Jackson, Sharpton) were not angry. They were full of passion and willing to bare their souls without regard for who could deal with it.

I remember Rush chortling every day about the so-called "terrorist threat" that Clinton was worried about. He said that Clinton was only "wagging the dog," taking national attention away from the all-important Lewinsky scandal.

It is obvious that some of the last post on this page did not read the article and or not or real supporters of the President; you see it is another misleading and unnecessary tag line.
Previous administration did not keep it promises nor did it tell the truth for 8 years the American public was lied to by Cheney and Rove! I think President Obama should allow justice and congress to reveal every dirty secret of the previous administration. Let them lay it all out on the table then we can get to the bottom of it!

I think he is angry at us, the people who voted for him demanding he at least keep one of the many promises he made during the campaign. But I think we are finally figuring out that it wont happen.

It's called 'Old Styled' politics and he's now become a member in good standing. He can lie through his teeth with a big smile on his face and lie through his eyes now that the glint has gone. He's everything he warned you about, his ambition in life now is to get into the Guinness Book of Records as the first President in American history to tell more lies in the shortest possible time, than any other.
The only thing that's transparent are the many promises he's broken.

Wow! You folks project much or are you just delusional? This "great" country went to sleep for eight years and now you want to blame the first black POTUS for this miserable nightmare. The Obama administration inherited this mess. Let me repeat -- the Obama administration inherited this mess. What's the real problem here? Is politics merely making you crazy or are you the same benefactors and perpetuators of institutionalized racism based on skin color? Capitalism as we know it --is dead. Even if the world propped up the "sweet land of liberty" -- they [the world] can't survive without the biggest consumers [America’s poor and middle class]. Who's going to continue to buy all this junk and why would we bother, now that we know we don't need it and freedom is not free? What's next -- anarchy and self-destruction because the "dominant culture" is afraid to reinvent themselves in a world without entitlement? What Obama bashers/birthers see is what they recognize not in Obama, but in themselves -- hypocrisy and moral decadence.
