An indicator of expected business activity in Colorado moved above "growth neutral" in July for the first time since last September, Creighton University economist Ernie Goss said Monday in his monthly regional Business Conditions Index survey.
However, Goss said he anticipates further job losses in Colorado through the fourth quarter.
