Coors Field Mountain Views Protected By City Council Ordinance

The Denver City Council on Monday approved an ordinance to protect the views of the Rocky Mountains from developers around Coors Field despite pleas from a nearby property owner that it could cost him more than $1 million.

In a 9-3 vote, the council passed the ordinance restricting the height of new developments northwest of Coors Field.
