On the reality TV show "Kitchen Nightmares," foul-mouthed celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay helps unknown chefs turn around troubled restaurants. But the brash advice he dishes out to others hasn't helped keep his own fine-dining empire out of trouble.

I used to think that Gordon was just 'putting-on' the arrogance and superiority.
However, since I witnessed his arrogance in an interview, I see that that is who he really is.

Ramsey's message to restaurants is keep the menu simple but imaginative and keep the kitchen clean. There are a lot of restaurants that could improve if they followed this advice

my mom used to smoke fresh bonita from the belmont pier that we caught. but later she became addicted to cigarettes and she died of breast cancer. and matastisized colon cancer. and her own daughter killed her. and now squats in the family home in huntington beach. no lawyer want to help they want the house.

Between Emril Lgasse and this guy..I'd prefer to cook with Emril. Emril is a teacher and a people person, that much is evident form his restaurant success AND his televison shows. Good guys do sometimes finish first..
