CIA Abuse Investigation Likely: Holder Poised To Appoint Criminal Prosecutor

U.S. Atty. Gen. Eric H. Holder Jr. is poised to appoint a criminal prosecutor to investigate alleged CIA abuses committed during the interrogation of terrorism suspects, current and former U.S. government officials said.

A senior Justice Department official said that Holder envisioned an inquiry that would be narrow in scope, focusing on "whether people went beyond the techniques that were authorized" in Bush administration memos that liberally interpreted anti-torture laws.

Everybody knows that Bush and company was behind the and tracks which targeted people who had evidence against the Bush administration and people who were investigating nine one 1. They had to throw a lot of evidence away because of contamination. Posters may be correct, much may not be done about Mitchell and Jensen tortures, even people within the FBI and CIA did not like what Jenssen wanted done.

Jensen "authorized' the extreme tortures and was sent to torture.

For Holder, this decision will flip this country inside-out, and he knows this. He is a man of integrity, of honor, and of law. He will do the right thing if the information he now has tells him that laws were potentially broken. He will be morally obligated to do the right thing by this country. I can guarantee you that.
