LOL I always feel special when I break a story before the MSM. So special that I must boast about it for anybody to even realize it. So...here we go...
I feel the two flights I took on Jet Blue from JFK in New York to Phoenix were the best flights I ever took. The seats were spacious as was the leg room. I watched the history channel all the way across the country. When the flight ended, I didn't want to get off - because I was comfortable and wanted to see what I was watching finish.
They gave out free snacks, which weren't all that great, but so does everyone now. These days you have to bring your own snack onto the plan no matter who you fly with.
So I think if you fly coast to coast, you can't do much better than flying Jet Blue. That makes this a phenominal bargain for people who fly coast-to-coast constantly.
Stupid.

A shout-out to JetBlue. I flew them back and forth to Orlando on business and loved that little airline. They even had blue corn chips and XM radio besides little TVs at each comfortable seat.
Nearly all the airlines use to offer these sort of passes in the late 70s and into the 80s. It was a great deal back then when most of them had connections to smaller cities (not to mention food and leg room). Now I'm not so sure I'd fork over $599 for the privilege of flying anywhere for a month.
I like the idea. All airlines should offer all you can fly monthly and yearly.
Now - if only I can afford enough gas to get to the airport...

I don't know. If I hadn't used all my vacation already, I might have done this.
By the time you clear customs and all of the security checks and find your bags and delays and cancellations, you may get about only two flights per month if you're lucky.
Nice gimmick. I'm sure there's a fine print somewhere in there.
