Joseph Moshe, Man Suspected Of Making Threats Against White House, Leads Police On Chase In LA (VIDEO)

LOS ANGELES — A man suspected of making threats against the White House was pulled from his car Thursday after an hours-long standoff in the parking lot of the Federal Building in West Los Angeles.

The man had refused to leave his red Volkswagen Beetle and withstood four rounds of chemical agents tossed inside the car after police broke a rear window. About an hour later, officers shot out the drivers window with a bean bag gun and pulled him out.

Secret Service spokesman Ed Donovan identified the suspect as Joseph Moshe, 56, of Los Angeles. Moshe is suspected of calling a police dispatch number Wednesday and making threatening statements about the White House, Donovan said.

Police pulled him from the car after he ignored repeated attempts to negotiate his surrender.

The Federal Building had been locked down since noon, and employees were told to stay inside, FBI spokeswoman Laura Eimiller said.

Officers spotted Moshe's car around 10 a.m. near his home in the Westchester neighborhood and pursued him through the city's west side, police Det. Gus Villanueva said.

He drove around the federal building parking area once before a police SUV blocked his path as he tried to return to the street. Officers then surrounded his car with police cruisers and a large armored vehicle.

The man sat in the car smoking for hours before a robot broke a rear window of the car so officers could see inside, police Lt. Ruben de la Torre said.

Police did not know if the man was armed, he said.

Authorities said Moshe is wanted on two misdemeanors but did not provide details.

Asked how the man was able to withstand multiple rounds of what appeared to be tear gas, Villanueva said some people are able to resist the chemicals.

"I can't explain that, there's no way to explain that," he said.

Project Camelot and Bill Deagle reported another side of this story involving Joseph Moshe, a biological­-scientist with a dual citizenshi­p in Israel and mussad traning in biological warfare, hence his ability to withstand the tear gas attack. Moshe phoned Dr. Tru Ott's radio show and said that he had evidence that the vaccine company Baxter was making a bioweapon that would cause a plague when the vaccine was released.

The day after Moshe phoned the radio show, a swat team surrounded his Volkswagen Beetle near the Federal building near the Israeli consulate which was apparently Moshes destinatio­n. The mainstream media spun a story that Moshe had threatened the White House with a bomb, that there were outstandin­g warrants against him and that he was depressed. No mention of that Moshe was a biological­-scientist or the informatio­n he provided on Dr. True Otts radio show about the vaccine company Baxter.

NBC LA reported on Aug 17 that Moshe was in jail but Dr. Deagle says that Moshe has been sent to Israel.

The would-be bomber, Joseph Moshe, called into the Dr True Ott Show on Republic Broadcasti­ng and said he was a microbiolo­gist who wanted to hand over evidence to a States Attorney regarding tainted H1N1 vaccines being produced by Baxter pharmaceut­ical. He claimed that that Baxter’s lab in the Ukraine was in fact preparing a bioweapon disguised as a vaccine. He maintained that the vaccine contained both adjuvants designed to weaken the immune system, and replicated RNA from the virus responsibl­e for the 1918 global pandemic. That’s it. He made no threat against Obama, nor said anything about bombs or any attack. The following day he was hauled out of his red VW beetle by a SWAT team and arrested. He was immediatel­y extradited to Israel, where he has dual-citiz­enship, and hasn’t been heard from since. All this talk portraying him as being a right-wing nutcase is disinforma­tion designed to keep his disturbing comments from alarming the public.

All Gates had to do to avoid arrest was remain calm not accuse the officer of racism for doing his job and finally not exiting the house screaming at the police officer.

Lots of people have been arrested for screaming in public and guess what their conviction­s were upheld and they got jail time or a fine they were also white. Gates since he had friends such as the mayor got the arrest voided.

I think this young man should explain himself and if he is a real danger then he should go to jail. I read on the post of the Squeaky Fromme that was just released from prison for trying to kill President Ford and many said "the gun wasn't loaded" yet it had four rounds in the magazine. I remember when most on this site approved of the "assisinat­ion of G.W. Bush" movie. Just a story but somehow the movie is fine and her release from prison is well overdue.
