Jay Cutler's Jersey Is The NFL's Top Seller, Michael Vick's Back In Production

Without even playing a real game for the Bears, Jay Cutler has vaulted to the top of the NFL merchandise rack.

The Bears' new franchise quarterback has the best selling jersey in the league over the past four months. At the end of last season, before the Denver Broncos traded Cutler to Chicago, his jersey ranked 17th in league sales. Now the new face of Chicago is tops in the league, ahead of two Super Bowl-winning Steelers -- safety Troy Polamalu and quarterback Ben Roethlisberger -- whose jersey sales were second and third, respectively.

Fellow Bears Brian Urlacher and Devin Hester also cracked the top 20, and the Bears ranked second behind the Steelers in overall jersey sales. The rankings do not include recently-reinstated quarterback Michael Vick, whose jersey, USA Today notes, was just put back in production after he signed with the Philadelphia Eagles.
