Jennifer Aniston Steps Out With Gerard Butler

Jennifer Aniston and Gerard Butler were seen "hand in hand" this weekend at The Jane Hotel in Manhattan's Meatpacking District, a source tells PEOPLE. The two are currently filming The Bounty in New York City.

"Jen and Gerry went out on Saturday night," says the source, who, noting that the cozy couple were surrounded by such others as Kirsten Dunst, also said Aniston and Butler "had cocktails and ... They were hand in hand."

PR..it's all PR. They both have a movie being released and what better way to drum up interest than to pretend they are dating. The stain might fare better in this exploit than GB. If Hiegl's much critized rom-com can pull in $27M, then her fan base should be good for $15M on opening day. She has a good management team.

Just out of curiosity, why don't we treat Cameron Diaz with this level of hatred? Doesn't she have a new boyfriend every five seconds? And didn't she go on a PR date with some famous rock star the week her movie came only to never be seen with the guy again? And what about Renee Zellwegger? Since her movie came out, no more sightings with Bradley Cooper. And don't even get me started on that Man-Whore George Clooney. JA was married to Brad Pitt. That is her claim to fame. Brad Pitt is (rightly or wrongly) known as one of the hottest men on the planet and one of the biggest movie stars on the planet. She brings up that past relationship every chance she gets because if she didn't she would fall off the radar and no one would care what she did.
