Kathleen "K.C." Neill Arrested While Posing Nude For Zach Hyman At The Met (VIDEO)

NEW YORK — It seems the only nudes allowed at New York City's Metropolitan Museum of Art are the ones in the collection.

Police say they arrested a 26-year-old woman who was posing naked for a photographer, and in full view of visitors, in the museum's arms and armor department on Wednesday.Model Kathleen "K.C." Neill faces a charge of public lewdness.

Defense attorney Donald Schechter says the museum is full of nude art, and to call what the model and her photographer were doing obscenity "is ridiculous."

Photographer Zach Hyman directed the shoot. He's been getting some attention locally for photographing nude models on subways.

Hyman has said he's inspired by nude paintings at the Met and his photos are not pornographic.

Every generation thinks that they must show their all to whomever wants to gawk. Even car wrecks attract gawkers. Children are taught to put their clothes on before going out in public, what's wrong with adults abiding by that civil culture as well? Don't get enough nudity on TV, movies, billboards, magazines? Come on, everybody's got 'em but not everybody wants to see yours. I repeat, "everybody's got them".

Liberal here, humble opinion,

Unless the museum says it's OK, it's not OK.

She crashes your kid's B Day, your mom's dinner party, a wedding, a funeral, or an awards ceremony,
and most folks would be PO'd.

Be honest. There's a time and place for everything. If she gave fair warning, then OK.

With that said, if I was the arresting officer I'da had a heap of trouble concentrating.

Probably wouldn't use the SIRENS or the LIGHTS either.

Please allow me to repeat myself, for all of those who missed my last post on this topic. This is a huge problem in our culture: we are told that our bodies, as they naturally exist, and our bodily functions, drives, etc , are obscene! What IS obsecene is that we are being controlled by our slavemasters to feel shame about ouselves and our bodies. We are bombarded with FAKE images of supposedly attractive models and actors to make us feel inadequate. In this way, we can be encouraged to purchase products and services that give us the hope of being acceptable to ourselves and others. We are beatiful as we are. We do not need plastic surgery, six-pack abs, bleached teeth, hairpieces, diets, the latest fashions, etc in order to be acceptable to anyone! Curiously, many of the people who scream the loudest against nude bodies also claim to be Christians who believe that God created us, in His image no less! Yet, somehow God's creation is obscene? I say again, you are beautiful just the way you are - accept yourself, accept everyone else just the way they are, and FIGHT the POWER!

This is the New York who had ordered news stands whiting out the cover on Esquire Magazine of Sacha Baron Cohen all nude in his latest film character, right next to the equally nude Israeli models Bar Rafelli.
No white out on the cover of her physical beauty. Pick and choose over nudity. I'm weary over the Puritan mind sets over non pornographic nudity.

Hey, I'm all for this one. This takes "bein' an air head" to new heights (it'd be an air body) Why didn't this pseudo genius go to a legal nudist colony and just cut and paste a pic in Photo shop of this naked chick in a picture showing her being anywhere. (like on the top of the Himalayan Mountains in a snow storm)

I recall one episode of Colbert where he wanted to show a clip that "wasn't suitable for television", so he said the censors made them substitute it with something more suitable.

So, instead he played a clip from "Kill Bill" where Uma is cutting off limbs and blood is spurting everywhere and people are writhing on the floor in agony. Because THAT was suitable for television!
