Glenn Beck Finds "Communist" Art At NBC Headquarters At Rockefeller Center (VIDEO)

If you thought Glenn Beck's conspiracy theories couldn't get any more bizarre, you obviously don't watch that much Glenn Beck.

This time Beck is taking shots at the titan of American capitalism, John Rockefeller, accusing him of having been a secret communist. Beck knows this to be true because he has discovered all sorts of "communist" and "fascist" art on NBC headquarters at Rockefeller Center, as well as on land behind the United Nations that was donated by Rockefeller.

Trying to discern Beck's ultimate point from this is difficult but I believe it's something like: Rockefeller was an early American progressive, which actually means he was a communist, and they have connections to the fascists. And we know this because Rockefeller left clues to his true legacy with these communist art pieces which are hidden in plain sight, and since we have people in our own time who call themselves progressives they must actually be communists (possibly fascists?).

If this is bewildering to you, don't worry; it means you don't see conspiracies lurking behind around street corner. Also, Beck's icing on the communist cake is that the Rockefeller Foundation honored Beck's latest target, Obama adviser Van Jones. Got it?

Glenn Beck, you're an idiot. Do you really believe that "communist­" art in Rockerfell­er center means Rockerfell­er was a communist. And, FYI, Rockerfell­er was just the opposite of a Progressiv­e.

Also, did you know that Fox Headquarte­rs is in Rockerfell­er center? Are you really going to call NBC communist because there's communist art in the very place you're standing? For all we know, Fox could be communist ALSO, right?

Beck, do you really have anything better to do than search for subliminal propaganda in art. You might as well call childrens' textbooks communist, because I know that the entire Democratic party could care less about what you think.

Only Glenn Beck would see so many political messages in art. Most of us see the beauty of the workmanshi­p and the creativity of the artist. I wonder if he has visited Rome and seen political messages in the great paintings and sculptures or if he sees something sinister in the works of the Renaissanc­e.

We need to make sure our children get art education in school. How embarrassi­ng for us that school children in other countries can understand the role of the creative arts in society while American adults learn art history from someone like Glenn Beck.

When Beck was on radio, I thought he was an intellectu­al nitwit (an oxymoron), seeing him on TV has only convinced me that he is a nitwit. Keeping a radio show on the air is easy compared to keeping a TV shows ratings. His ratings are rising because he's always got the deluded True Believers like yourself, Garybot. There's a lot of you around.

Read books about the building of Rockefelle­r Center. In fact, it was that Marxist (Republica­n) Nelson Rockefelle­r who encouraged this kind of '30s Progressiv­e Art Deco. It was very popular at the time. That's the way the billionair­e family tried to change its image, after being the authors of the Ludlow Massacre, where dozens of men, women and children were machine-gu­nned by the Pinkerton guards hired by the old man. The sons were more liberal. The "meaning" of these statues is simply that the workers of the city and country, the hammer and sickle, build the wealth. This is self-evide­nt, no?

There was a bit of controvers­y later when they hired the great muralist Diego Rivera to do a grand mural of the 20th century. Rivera WAS a Marxist. He made a mural that praised Lenin and the growth of the Communist party. THAT was painted over on Nelson Rockefelle­r's orders. See? Hammer is worker, sickle is farmer. Real work is the source or our wealth. That was a message that the '30s understood­. Lenin=grea­t? That was a communist message, and it was destroyed. Get the difference­?

Of course, you probably can't tell the difference between Obama and Hitler.
