James Traficant, Ex-Congressman, Released From Prison: Should Someone Call The Fashion Police? (PHOTOS, POLL)

Huffington Post     First Posted: 10/18/09 06:12 AM ET   Updated: 05/25/11 03:00 PM ET

Former Ohio representative James A. Traficant Jr. was released from prison on Wednesday after serving seven years for bribery, racketeering and fraud. We hope Jimbo used that time to think about his misdoings, but also to think about his style crimes.

Take a look at the evidence below and tell us if you think the fashion police need to be called.

Quick Poll

Should someone call the fashion police on James Traficant?

Um, yes. This is an emergency.

No. He's kind of hipster.

Not yet. I believe in second chances.

Poor guy!

No wonder he became a Congressman. He had no choice:

Traficant was clearly changed from Trafficante, a famous Sicilian family name.

But when the sartorially-sensitive Sicilians saw how this guy dressed, they disowned him.

Forget about Omerta.

The guy was a disgrace to "Bella Figura!"

Fashion Police? Hah!

They will be powerless against this arch fiend!

Only one group of crimefighters can handle a job this big:

The Fashion SEALs!

Hooray for Traficant ... like Martha Stewart he went in did his time ... and now free and clear ... he's ready to take back his seat in congress.

He should have done 10 years for that wig hat.

Perhaps he's only 5 feet tall and wanted big hair that would not only make him look taller, but would serve as a place to stash bribes.

worst. "hair". ever.

The 2009 shot looks way better than his earlier, Marge Simpson-inspired do.

You mean that was his own hair or did then let him keep the rug in prison (unlike Phil Spector). Otherwise James, you shoulda got a better hair transplant.
