Rumer has certainly had a nose job. It's looks just like Paris Hilton's. So to say she hasn't had surgery yet is not true.
Demi looks anorexic and both have body shapes that do not represent at least 70% of women. Demi is obviously caught in the race to stay young for various reasons including her cougar status. Comparing mom to daughters is a little sick now isn't it? Having said that, Demi has got a beautiful face.

I am SO tired of comparing Demi Moore to others, and now it's resorted to comparing her to her own daughter? Come on, people... give us a break. Demi is clearly trying to hang on to youth(at all $$ cost, I might add), but now it is evident she is beginning to lose that battle. I'm reeeeeeally tired of Demi, really tired. She can't seem to make it any more in movies (which is really too bad because, in her day, she rocked), but she sure shows her face every chance she gets nowadays. This here is the icing on the cake for me. Blah!

Damn if you don't; damn if you do. Female celebrities are trashed for aging; trashed if they get plastic surgery to keep their beauty--it's a no win situation. Male celebrities aren't held to the same standards. Indeed, old guys like Sean Connery still get cast as studs at age 79 with leading ladies 50 years their junior. Actresses like Demi are lucky to find work at age 46!
