An eye fillet steak with slivers of garlic tucked into it. Seared quickly on both sides but blue in the middle. this way it just cooks a little bit more whilst getting to my plate. Served with baby new potatoes in butter and chopped parsley. A small helping of finely chopped spinach dusted with a hint of. Oh, I can't bear it. I've gotta eat. 'Bye.

For once in my life I wanted to make a superficial comment. I don't want to always take myself so seriously. This was the first column I could get to, to say it.
I think Richard Gere makes the quest for the best grey hair into a one horse race. he looks fabulous. That's all.
