you may feel good .. that's great but

HAPPINESS IS AN INSIDE JOB

there is a difference between conditional and unconditional happiness.

This article is about conditional. would you still be happy if you weren't doing this

It is great and we should do healthy things that make us feel good

but

when we discover the true sorce of happiness nothing compares!

It's true! I haven't worked out all summer and I've been really pissed off. I worked out yesterday in a step aerobic class and now I feel great! I'm going back tomorrow.

I enjoy a fitness class better than exercising alone, and that better than working with a partner. I like the fact that I don't have to plan what I'm going to do - that's the instructor's job. And while I enjoy seeing people I know from the class, it's nice to be in my own little "bubble", too.
