Melatonin. 3mg - kids sleep. All natural. Don't over do it. Whole Foods or other health food stores. Magic stuff, melatonin. Moms who sleep are human. Moms who are sleep deprived? Ugh, that's a form a torture for a reason!

Melatonin can have some serious side effects, and one should never start experimenting on young children. Just find a sleep pattern that works for both of you.
