Arrested for "suspicion of domestic violence and resisting arrest" In other words he was guilty of nothing.
What a disgrace that these cops go around tasering anyone who does not agree with their gestapo tactics. Protect and serve my ^ss! Fear and obey is more like it.
The police are out of control. They are militarized and refer to us as civilians. They taser (UN calls it t.o.r.t.u.r.e) anyone from 8 to 80 if we do not bow down to their authority immediately. We do not live in a war zone and police have no business being a.r.m.e.d to the teeth and given the power to a.b.u.s.e the public. Watch the videos here:

Why NOT taser a defenseless man
in a wheelchair? Especially when the taser gun is just sitting there not being used. And it's HARD to taser moving targets. But see, a guy in a wheelchair, he doesn't move so much. What good is a nice taser gun if you can't hit what you are aiming at?

The sad thing is that if the victim had tasered the cop in the process of trying to defend himself, the cop would have felt perfectly justified to unload a barrage of bullets into the poor guy!
This cop needs to go to jail. He's a power-hungry coward.

Once again, a cop exorcises a "school yard bully" demon through the use of his taser.
Just think, if this guy had scored 85 instead of 90 on his IQ test he'd have been a prison guard instead of a cop.
