Carrie Prejean: Miss California Gives Rambling Speech, Starts Crying At "Values Voters Summit" (VIDEO)

Carrie Prejean, formerly Miss California before being stripped of her crown for failing to meet pageant commitments, continues to be a darling among conservatives for her anti-gay marriage stance. She gave a rambling speech Thursday at the Family Research Council's "Values Voters Summit" in which she repeatedly invoked God, saying her answer on gay marriage during the Miss USA pageant "was a moment to stick up for Him and for the truth."

Towards the end of the speech Prejean began crying as she stated "even though I didn't win the crown that night, I know that the Lord has so much of a bigger crown in heaven for me."

She also said without a hint of irony: "I'm not really into politics, at least I wasn't at the time. But now I have a new outlook on this. And I am disgusted at the way some people can be so intolerant. It disgusts me."
