DENVER - The union representing the Denver Police Department reached an agreement with the city on Monday, which, if ratified by the union, will mean there will be no layoffs for the department.
Police Protective Association President Lt. Vincent Gavito tells 9NEWS the new agreement will still have to be ratified by the membership, who will vote on it Oct. 5 and 6.
