Four Men Arrested For Child Porn Ring At Six Flags Theme Park (VIDEO)

Four men have been arrested for running a child porn ring out of a Six Flags theme park. The men, Jose Garcia, Corey Stinefast, Neil Maschke and Mark McGill, are accused of secretly taking pictures of young boys while at the park. If convicted they face a minimum of five years in prison.

This story is verry poorly reported by fox, here is context

Garcia, according to the criminal complaint, is alleged to have met a man in St. Louis, Mo. and that he took about 20 pictures of that man having sexual contact with a male relative who was approximately 10 - 11 years old. Garcia also talked about using a Web site to entice young boys to display their genitals and masturbate, the complaint said. He allegedly recorded at least three sessions from this Web site.

Ok I'm still a bit confused. I get the arrests for the ACTUAL child porn, but I don't see how photographing kids at a theme park constitutes porn. Were they filming in the changing rooms at the water park or something? Personally (assuming guilt which yeah, is wrong but this is all assumption of guilt) I'd rather these guys were put in jail for a long, long time than to see them executed or castrated. Put them in gen pop and they'll get much worse than a simple lethal injection.

The castration solution being floated around here is pretty naive as it applies to this case. These guys were in this for profit. Castration (chemical or physical) is effective when applied to individual men who can't be left alone with children. But for a four man gang that makes plans, takes photos, and distributes them for money, I'd venture a guess that it would be about as effective as throwing the local bootlegger in detox.
