DNC Sued By Man Ousted From Town Hall

In the aftermath of an incident that occurred at a health care town hall held by Rep. Steve Driehaus (D-Ohio), attendee Thomas Quigley Jr. is suing the Democratic National Committee.

Quigley's lawsuit alleges that security guards assaulted, and forcibly removed him from the meeting after he was "compelled to correct the panel for the third time" for dispensing "misinformation" and "misstatements" on healthcare reform.

According to reports, Quigley told security guards he was "a black belt in kung-fu and would respond if attacked" when approached for his repeated breaches of decorum. Quigley is asking for restitution for damages over $50,000 on claims that the DNC had failed to train the event's security guards properly.
