They have a point, but I wonder if by getting help they mean getting a proscription for medication. That's the response to psychological problems all too often these days. I don't think it helps in the end.
Hmmmm. I'm sitting here reading Huffpost when I should be doing other things. Is that technology addiction as well?
So buying the latest computer hardware all the time doesn't qualify? That's great because I'm thinking of buying two more Macs...
