cow's milk is poison to me.

grown humans drinking cow's milk is dis-GUST-ing. milk's evolutionary function is to provide key nutrients for infant mammals of the SAME SPECIES, period. end of story. i have never understood people drinking milk and i never will. and that's not even touching upon the fact of big-agra dairy production, the hormones they pump into these poor animals, et cetera

My mind likes milk, my body violently rejects it. All kinds, from raw to whatever. I must listen to my body.

your body rejects it because you are not a calf, the one the cow's milk is intended for.....keep listening to your body; your body is right on!

I used to work with Erykah Badu who is vegan and that is the same thing she told me. It really made me pause to think.

You need get calcium and magnesium from supplements not milk.

raw milk is good for you.

homogenized milk even organic is bad for you.
all the milk from all the cows is mixed in one huge vat spreading germs.
It contains lots of bacteria and the enzymes are destroyed by processing.

Raw milk is delicious. Pasteurized milk tastes weird.

I have been drinking raw milk for a few years and it is delicious and nutritious. I can't digest pasteurized milk. I have read that the proteins get de-natured by the excessive heat and destruction of enzymes. I also lose weight from drinking it as it has more CLA in it. It is unreal that such a natural food would be illegal anywhere.

How irresponsible of Planet Green to be promoting the consumption of milk, organic or otherwise. Its a known fact that animal based protein diets are a contributing factor to heart disease and obesity to name a few and the raising of cattle as a milk and food source is a major contributor of deforestation, carbon dioxide, methane and nitrous oxide emissions on a global scale.
Shame on them!!!
