Palin Vs. Cheney: Who Will Sell More Books? (POLL)

Sarah Palin has announced the title and the surprisingly early release of her new memoir: Going Rogue: An American Life will be in bookstores Nov. 17, four months after getting a book deal.

Don't forget about Dick Cheney, though. The former Vice President is working on his own memoir, which is slated to come out Spring 2011. Cheney is clearly devoting more time to his book, but will it pay off?

Once they overcome the obstacle that most of their supporters don't read for fear of becoming an East Coast Liberal, Palin will be in the lead for selling books until she suddenly quits the book tour citing biased book reviews and she would be better able to serve her book and publishers by posting on twitter. Cheney will then pull ahead in sales once Haliburton buys 1000 copies as "educational material" for their contractor training in Iraq and bills the government $300 per copy on a no-bid contract that is about to expire.

I don't know who will sell more books. I don't really care since I am not interested in reading either one,
But I will offer this. If either publisher has left over copies that are not sold and wants to dispose of them I would be glad to take them off their hands. The weather is starting to get cool and I will certainly need a supply of kindling for my fireplace.

Palin loves the fact she is desirable in that way.

Back in January she posted on her original twitter that she is the most desirable neighbour as shown in a poll of both men and women.

Paparazzi magnets apparently don't make the best neighbours, as only 2% of U.S. adults would like to be neighbours with David and Victoria "Posh" Beckham in the coming year.

It also seems age and gender plays a prominent role in neighbour preferences:

Only a true narcissist would post such a thing on their twitter or any other socail site. Maybe she can break out her naughty red monkey's and do a pole dance for her nighbours since that is what most want to see.

Only the conservative think tanks who buy all those books know for sure.

ALl conservative books reach the top of the best sellers lists because of bulk purchases. THe NY Times best sellers list even places astreicks besides them due to this. Conservative groups like NEWSMAX offer books by Michelle Malkin and others for as little as one dollar for subscribing.

Palin and Cheney's books will be "sold" the same way. There was even a law suit filed by Coulter and others for more roylity money because the publisher Regency books would not pay the same royality rate for bulk purchaes.
